2017

Incorporation of the Company

Incorporation of the Company in Singapore as Hishab Singapore Pte. Ltd.
Initial seed financing from Spiral Ventures.
Received almost half million USD grant from DFID (Department For International Development)

2018

Building telephony holistic STT, NLP

Trained first ever telephony Speech to Text engine (STT) for Bangla with over 2000 hours of telephony data.
Launched Natural Language Processing engine based on transformer model covering Point of Sales, Order management.
Filed first Patent on Agentic AI under Patent Commercial Treaty (PCT) in Switzerland.

2019

Commercial launch for Agentic AI based Customer support solution for MFI

First patent granted in Bangladesh for Agentic AI.
Won the Fintech Innovation of year “Best Technology Innovation” award, by Brand Forum Bangladesh

2020

Equity financing by major Japanese Corporates and Funds

Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) the largest energy company in Japan with over 1 Trillion USD assets invests in Hishab. ICMG Co-creation fund by ICMG partners, Haneda Airport Authority and Kiraboshi Bank invests in Hishab.
A Singapore based privately held fund invests in Hishab 3 more Patents granted in Bangladesh covering Agentic AI and holistic NLP (natural language processing, which later would be recognized as Generative AI).
Won the “Best Technology Innovation” award, by Brand Forum Bangladesh for it’s Agentic AI solution.

2021

Release of NLP products and Commercial Pilot in Japan

Release of the world’s most powerful STT (Speech to Text) engine for Bangla Expansion of MFI customer support solution covering 100,000 users Signed agreement to start a Pilot to automate Customer Support of TEPCO Energy Partner division.
