How It Works

Step by Step guide on Human Like Conversation:

Configure the Components:

  • Go to “Agent”. Then on the right side box Chose:
  • Language: which language your digital worker should speak to.
  • Model: Choose from the drop down box, which LLM model you wanna use.
  • STT: Based on the language you choose, you will see a list for Speech to Text conversion engine. Choose one.
  • Voice: Choose the voice you prefer. You can test the voice by clicking on the “Test Call” section and hearing the voice.
  • Finally ensure you have uploaded a knowledge base. Its not a must.

Post Call Analysis Dashboard

Configure some advance level settings:

  • On the same section scroll down and you will find “Advance Settings” tab. Click there and it will expand. Now, choose the following parameters to your likings.
  • Adjust Temperature: Higher values create more creative replies, while lower values ensure consistent responses.
  • Set a Response Length Limit: Control how detailed the assistant’s replies are.
  • Top P: Allow bot to choose number of sample words it should take before rendering a response.
