Verbex AI pinpoints the URLs used as the source of information by selecting from the sitemap crawled by our AI and adding the web URL.

Creating Knowledge base folder:

  • Go to “Knowledge Base” from the navigation menu in your dashboard. Its on the left side. Now click on “New Directory” button.
  • Add directory name and write a description. And click “Create Directory”.

Uploading contents in knowledge base

  • Go to the knowledge base folder you created. You can navigate this from the knowledge base on the navigation menu.
  • Click on “Upload Document” , a pop up window will open. There are two tabs. A. Upload files, B. Add website. You can drag and drop doc or PDF file in the Upload file section. Or add a website URL link from the “Add website” tab.

Connecting knowledge base

  • Go to the “Agent” menu from the dashboard. And click on any agent where you want to connect your knowledge base to.
  • Then, from the ride side bar, go to “Configure” section. After that click on “Select knowledge base”. A drop down menu will open. Now, choose the knowledge base you want to connect your agent to. You are done!
